If you are unsatisfied with any stock item, you may return it within 60 days of receipt (30 days for Festool tools). Package it securely, include all original packing materials and address it to:

Include in the package the order number, your full name & address, the reason for returning, and whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. Shipping is nonrefundable unless the product is defective or an error occurred when filling your order.
PLEASE NOTE: For Festool tools, the manufacturer's 30-day money back guarantee applies. Return the tool within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. Freight charges and return shipping are not refundable.
