The 1-5\/8\" diameter headstock spindle is mounted in four sealed-for-life ball bearings,\n and the inboard spindle nose is threaded 1\"-8 tpi to accept a very wide variety of faceplates, chucks and accessories.\n The outboard end is threaded 3\/4\"-16 tpi for vacuum accessories. Both headstock and tailstock accept #2 Morse taper accessories.\n A 24-position indexing head is standard.
